Large sliding glass doors let in lots of natural light, making the inside bright and welcoming.
The basic park model uses an electric boiler for power, but you can also add a pellet stove.
This stove heats the home well without costing a lot of money.
The inside is spacious and very clean, with modern furniture. The kitchen might be small, but it has everything you need to cook, wash, and store dishes.
This model offers several ways to set up a water system. One option includes a system that collects and filters rainwater, perfect for living off the grid.
In the corner of this model, there’s a pellet stove that doesn’t take up much space and keeps you warm during the colder months.
In Canada, people can live in this park model all year round.
In the U.S., zoning laws don’t allow it to be a permanent home, but you can still use it as a modern guest house or a small home for grandparents.
The bathroom has a glass shower that looks beautiful and very clear.
The bedroom is quite large for a park model. You’ll notice the ceilings are higher; this extra space is for a loft above the kitchen.
You can use this loft to store extra gear and appliances.
If you want to be completely green and live off-grid, you can choose to have the Green Roof system installed.
This system covers the roof with plants that help with heating, cooling, and insulation.
It also works well with any solar energy systems you might add.
