Check out our beautiful 28-foot tiny house on wheels, completed in July 2020. It’s perfect for living or as a rental property. This house has tall ceilings, a comfortable bathroom with a toilet and a big shower, and a kitchen with lots of space to cook and store things.
It has a propane stove with five burners, two fridges (one for wine), and a large toaster oven. Relax in the living area with a leather couch and a 32-inch smart TV.
Upstairs in the loft, there’s a queen-sized bed, lots of storage, and a ceiling painted like the sky to make you feel like you’re outside.
The bathroom feels very fancy with special wall panels, top-quality fixtures, and a slate floor. The kitchen is ready for everyday living with a stone sink and butcher block countertops.
The tiny house has stylish wallpaper and a brick look that makes it feel like a fancy European apartment. It also has a big deck for having fun and relaxing outside. The house is wired for air conditioning and ready for a washer-dryer setup.
The tiny house can be moved with a truck like a Ford F250. It comes with a 15×25 foot floating deck if you want it. The buyer must move the tiny house and deck.
Note: The sale does not include the land. The house includes two 40-gallon tanks for used water and one 40-gallon tank for fresh water, which are not yet installed. If you put the tiny house in a place like Hoodsport and manage it well, you could make about $30,000 a year from renting it.
