This van is perfect for living off-grid or staying at a campsite. It has a powerful solar panel system with a 325-watt solar panel and a big battery to store energy. It also has tanks for water and gas. The outside of the van looks very neat and can connect to campground power.

The van has a ladder, roof racks, a large awning for shade, and brand-new black wheels with tires made for rough roads.

Inside, the cabinets are made of light wood with hand-painted doors and a strong oak frame. The sitting area in the kitchen is painted grey, and the walls and bathroom are white.

The cabinet doors have high-quality hinges and strong magnets to keep them closed. The drawers slide smoothly and close softly.

The kitchen has wall cabinets with shelves, a thin oak counter, and includes a stove/oven/grill combo, a sink with a faucet, and a small shelf unit. There’s also space below the oven for storing baking trays and a fridge that fits into the cabinets.

There’s a cupboard for the control panels that manage the heating, hot water, gas tank, and water levels, as well as the battery and energy use monitors.

The sleeping area has a big bed with a custom foam mattress and storage spaces on both sides for books, phones, drinks, and more, including a charging point and a light for reading. There’s also a shelf for a laptop that has a power supply, and a hidden cabinet for keeping valuable items safe.

At the front of the van, there’s a cozy seating and dining area. It has two seats facing each other with a dining table in the middle. The table can easily be moved to fill the space between the seats, and the back cushions can be rearranged to make a small bed for a toddler.

Above these seats, there’s a storage shelf with a door that flips up, perfect for keeping bedding. It’s covered in carpet to match the rest of the van’s interior.

The windows on the side of the van are tinted to keep the inside private and are nicely framed with painted borders.

On one side of the back storage area, you’ll find the battery, a smart charger, and all the switches and fuses for the van’s electrical system. There’s also a special device that manages solar power and helps power the van.

The bathroom is designed to be easy to clean, with a floor that drains directly out. It has a vent in the roof to pull out moist air.

The living area has a sturdy oak floor with a protective finish that keeps it looking nice.

My name is Joe, and I used to make cabinets before I started turning vans into campers. This van is my latest project. It’s brand new and unique, built with great care. I used light woods and high-quality materials to make sure it’s both beautiful and not too heavy.

SOLAR, POWER, AND LIGHTING

Sound System – The van has a Bluetooth amplifier and four speakers built into the doors and walls, plus a small subwoofer in the main room. This system is separate from the driver’s area and has its own switch.

Victron Energy EasySolar System – This device combines a solar controller, a power inverter, and an electrical panel. It helps manage the power from the solar panels to the van’s systems.

Battery Monitor – This tool keeps track of the van’s main battery, showing how much power is left and how much is being used.

Color Control Panel – This screen shows everything about the van’s power system, like how much battery power is left, how much power the solar panels are gathering, and how much power we’re getting from an external plug-in. You can also check this information on your phone.

Smart Charger – This charges the main battery from the van’s engine.

Solar Panel – A top-notch, efficient solar panel that’s approved for quality and safety.

Battery Bank – Three sealed batteries that together can hold a lot of power, enough to use the van’s electronics for a long time.

AC Plug-In – A long cable to connect the van to an external power source when parked.

Power Outlets – The van has several power sockets for plugging in devices, including special USB ports for charging phones and tablets.

Lights – There are LED lights in the main room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom that can be dimmed or turned on and off. The garage also has its own light.

  • Water Pump – This pump helps move water through the van and works at a strong, steady pace. It is also located under the van.
  • Water Heater – Provides hot water instantly and is powered by gas. The controls are inside the living area.
  • Gas Tank – A 30-liter tank for gas is under the van, too. It has a special adapter for refilling in Europe and a control panel in the kitchen.

  • Tap – A mixing faucet from Ikea, good for hot and cold water.
  • Shower – The shower can change heights and mixes hot and cold water.
