Meet Cruise, a Cool Campervan
Cruise used to be an ambulance for St John’s but now it’s a fun campervan. It was taken care of by just one owner who made sure it was checked every six months. It’s a sturdy van made by Renault called the Master LM35 DCI.
Inside Cruise, there’s a big, comfy bed with a special ceiling that looks like a starry sky, perfect for cozy nights. Under the bed, there’s a big space to store things like suitcases and bikes.
You can take a shower outside the van. There’s a curtain at the back for privacy. The windows are big and have covers that can block out the light, so you can see out but still have privacy.
The van stays warm with a heater, and there’s a vent in the roof that’s great for letting in fresh air or looking at stars.
There are lots of plugs for charging your gadgets. The electricity for the van comes from a big solar panel and a battery. You can even check on the solar panel and battery with an app on your phone.
The fridge is very quiet and doesn’t use much electricity. It even has a small freezer, great for keeping drinks cold in the summer.
There’s also a portable toilet, a place to cook, and lots of storage for your stuff.
