This mid-century modern design is perfect for one person or a couple. It has a smart layout and looks stylish. When you enter, there’s a big closet that’s over 7 feet wide in the mudroom, along with a separate closet for a washer and dryer.

There’s also a small area with a bench and storage cubes. A hallway with special windows up high and hidden lights leads from here to other parts of the home. You can climb a custom-made wooden ladder from the hallway to get to a cozy sleeping area up top, surrounded by big windows.

The bathroom may be small, but it feels fancy with a sink area, a wall-hung toilet, and a big shower that has hidden lights and a window. The main living space gets a lot of sunlight and includes a big kitchen and a special U-shaped sofa that can turn into a queen bed for guests.
Big glass doors open to a large wooden deck that can be lifted and secured for moving the home.
