This camper van is a beautiful handmade conversion, built with love and designed for life on the road. It has all the modern comforts you need. With full solar power, you can camp off-grid or plug in at a campsite.
The rear of the van has a fixed double bed that is super comfortable. There’s plenty of storage underneath, which you can access from either inside the van or the back doors.
Additional storage is available above the cab, and overhead cupboards with sliding doors run along one side. The ceiling is high enough for most people to stand up in comfortably—an important feature for a cozy experience!
The kitchen feels like one you’d find at home, making it a great space for people who love to cook. It includes a birch wood countertop, a proper sink, a three-burner gas stove, and an oven. A BBQ connection by the sliding door allows you to hook up gas for outdoor cooking.
The 50-liter fridge, which has a freezer compartment, gives you plenty of room for groceries. There is also enough cabinet space to store food for one to two weeks on the road.
The van is well-insulated with 50mm PIR insulation, recycled plastic wool, and a vapor barrier, keeping it warm and cozy. It is completely rust-free and was under-sealed in September to keep it protected for years.
For power, the van has solar panels and a hybrid inverter, allowing for off-grid electricity. If needed, you can also connect to a 16-amp shore power hookup.
A two-person sofa faces the sliding door, giving you a perfect view of your surroundings. Above the sofa, there is a mini projector for entertainment. A Laguna table mount and table provide a spot to eat or work.
Under the sofa, you’ll find two leisure batteries, the electrical system, and extra storage. The van has four USB ports and six regular household outlets, which are always available thanks to the hybrid inverter.
Bespoke curtains and blackout blinds cover the windows, helping you get a good night’s sleep.
There is space to add your own features, like a portable toilet, diesel heater, or water heater. We didn’t include these in our build because we didn’t need them. The van also has pre-installed fixings for a Fiamma F80s awning, but we haven’t bought one yet since our preferred color was out of stock.
This van’s beautiful design, painted in Farrow and Ball’s ‘Green Smoke,’ along with its large storage and well-equipped kitchen, makes it the perfect adventure vehicle for food lovers.
