This tiny home is special because it’s built with light materials, making it easy to tow. It weighs 14,000 pounds. It has a fold-down porch and a bedroom on the main floor, which makes it easy to use right away.
It’s as warm in the winter and cool in the summer as any regular home because of the spray-foam insulation. This pretty and useful home was made in 2018 and has been used for only about 8 months.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a stylish sink and vanity, a composting toilet, a ventilation unit, and a standard-size shower. The home mostly uses 12-volt power and can be set up to work off-grid.
It uses a 30-amp RV hookup for other electric needs like lighting and can also work on a 15-amp with an adapter. It has instant hot water from propane, a 55-gallon water tank, and a gray water tank, which are great for traveling. It also has a tank heater for cold climates.
