The Lupine is a 32-foot tiny house built on a gooseneck trailer by Wind River Tiny Homes. It’s located on a cliff with a stunning view.
When you enter, there’s only one window and a solid door without windows, but as soon as you step inside, you’ll see a whole wall of windows that show off the amazing view. You can even see the view from the shower, which has custom tiles.

In this type of tiny house, the bedroom is usually above the front part of the trailer and has storage space. Instead of closing off this storage space, we made it into open shelving to make the house feel bigger. These designs were all chosen together with the owners to create this unique home.

Other features of The Lupine include:
- A deck over construction with a main entrance 36 inches wide, opposite a sliding glass door.
- A black metal roof.
- An outdoor copper shower made by Wind River Tiny Homes.
- LG appliances.
- Hardwood floors that are 3/4 inch thick.
- A small wood stove.

- A tiled shower with a black base and a wood-paneled cover.
- A river rock freestanding sink in the bathroom.
- White cabinets with a bar.
- A skylight in the main bedroom over the gooseneck, with a solar-powered shade that darkens automatically.
- A storage bed built into the main bedroom over the trailer.
