The Joshua Tree tiny home is built on a new 26-foot trailer designed for tiny houses. It has two strong axles and brakes, making it safe and sturdy. It’s also certified for living by NOAH, which stands for National Organization for Alternative Housing.

The house has a timber frame and is covered with a special kind of siding called shou-sougi-ban, which has a calming, zen style. The roof is made of metal with a copper tone and has three skylights. One of these skylights in the loft can open, letting in more light and allowing for star-gazing at night.
Inside, the walls are covered with shiplap pine that’s been sealed and painted a soft snowy white. There’s a unique, hand-made stained glass window that beautifully separates the downstairs bedroom from the living room.
This special window is one-of-a-kind and can’t be found anywhere else! Our tiny home is well-insulated with Rockwool, keeping it cool in the summer and warm during winter nights. The subfloor and walls have R21 insulation all around.
In the downstairs area, we’ve designed a unique living and sleeping space. The dual couches slide back to create a bed that’s 6 inches wider and 16 inches longer than a queen-sized mattress, using the couch cushions.
Underneath the couches, there are large custom-made drawers for storing clothes. There’s also a big picture window in this room, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in bed while watching the world outside.
Here’s what else our house offers:
