Hi! We’re Jake, Gianna, and Luna. After we got married, we started doing everything people think they should do. We bought a house, had a baby, and filled our home with furniture and decorations. But the more things we got, the more it felt like something wasn’t right.
Jake worked long hours to support our lifestyle, and he was often gone at night. We missed so much family time that we really wished we had. That’s when we realized we needed to make a change because our way of life wasn’t making us happy.
We decided to try something different and started exploring other ways to live. At first, we didn’t think about living in a van. We considered tiny houses and boats, but living in a van hadn’t crossed our minds.
We’re a family of almost four who sold our house and almost everything else to travel the world in our converted Sprinter van. After living in the van for a year and a half, we found out we were expecting another baby.
So, we sold our van and planned to buy a new one. But then, we unexpectedly found a mid-size school bus that felt just right for us, so we bought it!
Our adventure has taken us from van life to bus life, and we’re loving it. We don’t have a set plan or an end date. We’re just enjoying the journey, trusting the process, and sharing our experiences with you.
