Right Sized
The Flex House has 750 square feet with two bedrooms, perfect for an individual, a couple, or a small family. It feels spacious because of its high ceilings and big windows.
It’s great for Millennials who don’t want a big house or Baby Boomers who want to live in a smaller home. There are also plans for a 450 square foot one-bedroom and a 1000 square foot three-bedroom version.
State of the Art
This house includes Energy Star appliances, an on-demand water heater, LED lighting, a mini-split HVAC system with different zones, a standard solar panel setup (with options for more), and a smart home system.
Net Zero Ready
The Flex House has a 2.5 kW solar panel array with options for a battery backup and off-grid living. It uses LED lighting and smart systems to control everything, making it very efficient. It has double-glazed windows and excellent insulation, meeting California’s strict energy standards.
