The Avonlea house has a large porch that you enter through. The porch has two benches that can lock and lights that turn on automatically when you get close. The outside of the house has lots of windows, including a round one that looks out onto the porch.
Inside, the house is filled with natural light. The floors are made of solid oak wood, which makes the house feel warm and rustic. There’s a table near the oak stairs that lead up to the bedroom.
The kitchen is about 8 feet long and has lots of storage space. It also has special clay containers that keep drinks like wine cool.
The bathroom features a small shower and a waterless toilet that uses wood chips and has a stainless steel bucket. The living room has many bookshelves, which is perfect for the owner, Frédérique, who sells books. She lives in this house with her two dogs, Jenny and Flanelle.
