Meet Sheena, Nate, their dog Luna, and their bus named ‘Stud’. Sheena and Nate met while Nate was living the van life. Sheena had always been interested in van life but was nervous about starting alone. However, she and Nate got along well, and she quickly moved into the van with him.
They were happy with their van until the engine broke down for the second time. They decided not to fix it again and switched to living in a bus instead. They bought a 2002 E450 short bus with a diesel engine, which should last them many years.
Sheena is a physical therapist who now takes traveling jobs with three-month contracts, and Nate works in the cannabis industry. They live, work, and travel in their bus, enjoying different views wherever they go. What a life!
I’m Sheena, and I’m Nate, and this is Stud the bus. We have a 2002 Ford E450 with a 7.3 Power Stroke diesel engine, which is one of the best engines Ford has ever made.
It can last up to 500,000 miles if we take good care of it. That’s why we chose a diesel engine bus: we wanted it to last a long time and have few problems.
