This tiny house is powered entirely by the sun. It has a roof full of solar panels that create all the energy it needs. This house was designed by students from Carleton University and is called the Northern Nomads.

It’s like a smart house with special features like a sliding loft and a system that gets water from the air. The walls are very well insulated to keep the temperature just right.

The house is built on a trailer that’s 24 feet long and 8 feet wide. It’s a net zero energy home, which means it only uses as much energy as it makes in a year. The energy from the sun is stored in batteries, so the house has power all the time.
