Elena Barthel, an architect, lives in a treehouse her father designed for her and her brother. The treehouse, made of wood, glass, and steel, has a beautiful view of Florence.
It features a queen-sized bed that fills most of the main room, with a small kitchenette and bathroom on either side of its round structure.
There’s also a fireplace and an outdoor terrace. The treehouse is part of the Barthel family’s property. They live in stone houses nearby and share their community with friends and renters who stay there for both short and long terms.
It’s such a cool place, and we had a lot of fun meeting Elena and exploring their beautiful home!
