Jayme is a yoga teacher who built a wonderful, tiny house on wheels. It’s special because it’s designed to help her stay active. Inside, there are no regular pieces of furniture like couches or chairs. Instead, Jayme’s home has lots of things to climb on and hang from, which helps her meet her health and fitness goals.
This style of home is part of the “furniture-free movement.” This movement encourages people to remove traditional furniture and create spaces that are open and flexible, promoting more movement. Without typical furniture, people find new ways to move and relax. This helps burn calories and build strength and muscles.
Jayme made her tiny house using old materials she reused, making it not only beautiful but also eco-friendly. She managed to build this home for just $12,000 because she did most of the work herself.
