This tiny house has a rustic and industrial feel. Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses built it with the owner’s help, calling it the Funky East Austin Rental.
They constructed the home on a 12-foot trailer with a single axle and designed the roof to look like a shelf.
The house features custom pipe fittings to match the owner’s love for steampunk style.
The owner brought several items to include in the house to the Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses office in Colorado.
The collaboration was successful, and you can tell by looking at the pictures.
The outside of the house is made of cedar wood and corrugated metal. It has a door and windows that were used before.
There is a light near the door that makes the entrance glow warmly at night.
One special thing in this house is a hanging couch that swings from braided ropes.
The owner bought it from an Etsy store called God’s Rustic Workshop. This swinging couch adds charm to the house.
There is also a small window above the couch that lets in fresh air.
This tiny house has a unique staircase made of maple wood slabs, designed to save space.
Upstairs, the loft is where you sleep. There’s a window across from the bed that lets in sunlight during the day and cool air at night.
The wood on the ceiling makes this area feel warm and cozy.
In the kitchen, the counter is also made of maple wood from the staircase.
Next to the sink, there’s a rod for hanging pans and mugs. On the other side, barn wood shelves provide extra storage.
The small window above the sink lets you look outside.
