Check out the Napa edition: The Napa #1 model is 26 feet long and costs about $73,000.

There’s also a smaller, 22-foot version available. This model has French doors and nautical-style lights outside.

It features a natural wood finish using oil-based stain, but you can choose different paint colors too.

In the living area, 10-foot high ceilings make the home feel bigger. The walls have white or natural pine paneling with a shiplap style.

The floor looks like wood because of the hand-scraped laminate, but homeowners can choose to upgrade to real hardwood or vinyl.

The cozy seating area has eight power outlets, making it a great spot for watching TV or using electronics.

In the kitchen, exposed cedar beams give a rustic look, and there’s a farmhouse-style sink.

It also has a high-quality Moen faucet and a full-size refrigerator. Two large windows above the sink let in plenty of sunlight.

The kitchen has soft-closing doors and drawers in clean white, which look great with the butcher block veneer countertops.

The bottom cabinets are deep and include special features like drawers with dividers for cutlery.

There are also power outlets above the counters, making it easy to plug in appliances like a coffee maker or toaster oven.

The main sleeping area is a loft that you reach by climbing a staircase with built-in storage.

In the middle of the loft, the ceiling is about three-and-a-half feet high, so you can sit up in bed comfortably without bumping your head.

The walls and ceiling have exposed wood paneling, adding to the home’s rustic feel.

Nearby, there’s a removable ladder that leads to an additional loft for extra storage.

The bathroom has a full-sized four-foot shower with a glass door, which feels luxurious.

It also has a regular flush toilet, but you can choose a composting toilet if you prefer.

The walls are finished with white or pine paneling, and exposed cedar beams on the ceiling add to the farmhouse style.

Next to the bathroom, there’s a closet ready for a stackable washer and dryer, with all the necessary plumbing and wiring.

When it’s time to move, the home is built on a custom trailer with electric brakes and stabilizers at the corners.

All Mint designs fit within legal limits for transportation, so you can easily drive them on the road.

If you don’t have a truck to tow your home, Mint also offers a delivery service.
