Wind River Tiny Homes is bringing back the American dream by creating custom tiny homes.
These homes are both sustainable and top-quality. One of their homes, called The Rook, has a modern and industrial look with a moody atmosphere.
The Rook is only 22 feet long but has all the comforts of a bigger house.
It also has options to live off-the-grid, like a complete solar system and a compostable toilet.
The version shown costs $99,500 and includes high-end lighting and appliances, plus custom hardware.
The outside of the house has painted vertical siding with visible screws and a specially designed roof.
This gives it a unique, custom-built appearance.
A Dutch door opens to the inside of the house, which is very neatly designed. It has herringbone wood flooring and custom-made bookshelves and cabinets.
The kitchen has a concrete countertop and sink made all in one piece for a smooth look. It comes with a modern faucet that pulls down.
Custom shelves made of black pipe and wood provide storage for everything you need, including a wooden spice rack cube.
There’s more shelving and storage next to the stove, which has several burners. The kitchen also has a big stainless steel refrigerator and freezer.
Raw steel handles add to the industrial style.
The company from Tennessee designed a custom bookcase and a desk that folds down to save space.
In the back of the home, there’s a cozy window seat with shelves where you can sit and read in the sunlight.
Steps made of floating rebar lead up to a loft. This loft has enough space for a queen-sized bed.
A brick wall adds to the home’s modern and industrial feel. The main loft upstairs has built-in storage cubbies and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a Nature’s Head Composting Toilet, perfect for living off-the-grid.
The shower has brick tiles on the floor and is enclosed by Galvalume metal walls.
There is another loft above that provides extra storage. It also has a tankless water heater, a breaker box, and a washer/dryer combo.
There are lots of shelves and built-in closets for storing things.
