The Ironclad tiny home combines features from two popular Wind River Tiny Home designs: the Chimera and the Rook.
It’s named after Civil War ships that were tough enough to withstand cannonballs.
The Ironclad is built to last, with metal siding and roofing that come with a 40-year warranty.
Inside, the home blends modern style with industrial touches, using a mix of light and dark colors.
It has full-sized appliances and a big bathroom, so people can enjoy a normal lifestyle even in a smaller space.

On the outside, metal siding gives the Ironclad an industrial look.
The black front door, with iron and glass light fixtures on each side, adds to the home’s strong, bold feel.

Inside, the home has white shiplap siding with dark trim and hardwood floors.
Near the entrance, there’s a special couch that not only gives a comfortable place to sit but also has storage space to keep things out of sight.
A propane wall heater called Cozy Cabin keeps the home warm.

The kitchen features dark espresso-colored cabinets and butcher block countertops, along with a sleek subway tile backsplash.
Open shelves above provide a stylish place to display dishes and small kitchen appliances.
The kitchen includes a propane-fueled stove and oven, placed next to a large sink with a tall stainless steel faucet.

Stairs with built-in storage lead up to the master loft bedroom.
Under these stairs, there’s a spot for a washer/dryer combo and a stainless steel fridge, along with big drawers for shoes and other items.
Right across from the stove, there’s a cedar table with natural edges where you can eat meals or set up a dinner buffet.

Up in the loft, the ceiling is made of natural pine and has small LED lights.
Around the bed, built-in shelves with a dark stain contrast with the white shiplap siding on the walls.
Industrial-style light fixtures are on either side of the bed, above small, floating nightstands next to the window.

A built-in steel ladder goes up to a second loft located above the bathroom. Right next to the door, there’s a shaker-style closet for storing clothes.
Above, the loft shows off farmhouse-style exposed beams.

A sliding pocket door opens to the bathroom. Here, there is a floating sink with brushed nickel fixtures next to shelves made from cedar with natural edges.
Across from the sink, there’s a walk-in shower with white subway tiles and matching brushed nickel fixtures.
The bathroom also has a Nature’s Head Composting Toilet.
