Retiring often means you’re ready to live a simpler life. This could mean enjoying small things, going on adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
It also often means moving to a smaller home. But one woman, Sharon, took this idea further.
When Sharon retired from her job in pharmaceuticals about a year ago, she decided to live in a tiny home — a T@b M@x S model teardrop trailer.

She pulls her small trailer with a 4-door Jeep Wrangler.
Sharon is enjoying tiny living. She even lives off the grid by using solar panels to power her trailer.
She gets 135 watts of power from the solar panels she carries with her.
Sharon likes cooking outside her trailer, even though she has a stove inside. Cooking outside lets her enjoy the fresh air.
Sharon has made the inside of her trailer feel cozy and like home. You can take a tour and see it for yourself!
Inside, the kitchen is small but has everything she needs. There’s a sink, refrigerator, and a two-burner stove.
A big window over the kitchen gives her a nice view of the outdoors.
Right next to the kitchen is a tiny bathroom. The toilet and shower are combined to save space.
The best part? A smaller space means less to clean!
On the other side of the trailer is Sharon’s living and sleeping area. She has big windows that let in lots of natural light, and there are plenty of cabinets for storage.
There’s even space for a flat-screen TV for days when she wants to relax indoors.
This is a perfect place to come back to after a long drive or a day of exploring.
One great thing about this teardrop trailer is its height. Sharon can stand up straight inside, which is rare for a teardrop trailer and a big plus!
