House Details
Downstairs
Walk in through the French doors and see a big open space with a high ceiling and a special design on the ceiling. You can choose to have your kitchen and living room in the middle or at the end of the room.
There’s a great flow to the outdoors, plus a separate laundry room, bathroom, and back door.
Designer Kitchen
This kitchen has drawers that close softly, a dishwasher drawer, an oven, gas stove tops, a fan over the stove, a big fridge, and a flip-up bar. It’s perfect for making meals or for having extra space when you have guests!
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower, fancy black faucets, a round mirror with lights, a custom vanity, a heated towel rack, a fan, and an eco-friendly toilet from New Zealand. You can also choose other toilet types like one that dries, burns, or flushes waste.
Lounge
You can choose to put your lounge area at the end of the tiny home or in the middle. There’s lots of room for a couch set and a pull-out sofa bed.
Two Staircases
Each staircase has storage underneath where you can put clothes, drawers, shelves, or cubby spaces. They also have LED lights and wooden steps that match the kitchen counter. The stairs gently slope up to the upper floors.
Upstairs
Once you’re up on the platforms, there’s enough room to stand up fully. The main sleeping area upstairs has a motorized floor that moves up or down with the push of a button to give you more or less headroom.
Two King Size Lofts
These lofts measure about 7 feet by 9 feet and are big enough for a sitting area or king-sized beds.

The starting price for the house is $150,000. This price includes tax and varies based on how the house is built and the materials used.
