The Villa XL is a park model home that is 10 feet wide and 305 square feet. It has everything on one level, including a bedroom on the ground floor. It also has a big bathroom, a kitchen with a regular-sized fridge, a 3-burner stove, a large sink, and options for a dishwasher and a vent hood.
There’s a storage bench and a tall closet near the bathroom, and the bedroom also has a large closet.
TruForm has several choices for beds that save space, like beds that lift up for storage, beds that can turn into desks, and beds that fold up into the wall.
They offer many ways to keep your home warm or cool, including mini split heat pumps, electric heaters, gas furnaces, wood stoves, and electric fireplaces.
The inside of this model is painted white with beautiful natural wood accents, barn doors, and open shelves. It has a custom wood bathroom vanity and an optional dining table. The outside has high-quality siding with details in cedar and shakes.
A large, removable awning covers the door, and there are big, strong windows throughout. Instead of designing online, TruForm now offers Palette Design Packages to choose finishes for the Villa Series.
