These tiny homes are also easy to tow anywhere. Our goal is to make it easy for everyone to own a tiny home that fits their needs. We can build many types of homes, like RV travel trailers, park models, regular homes, prefabricated homes, and even accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
We offer many services besides just building complete tiny houses. Depending on what you need, we can provide just the plans, help with the design, provide building documents, or even start building your home and leave some parts for you to finish, like the shell.

- Lengths range from 16 feet to 44 feet.
- Standard trailer width is 8 feet (8 feet 6 inches from outside edge to outside edge), but we can also make them 10 to 12 feet wide.
- The roof is a shed style.
The Hiatus House is a model designed by Tongue & Groove Tiny Homes for a cottage community in Bend, Oregon. Tiny SMART House was chosen to build these homes, and we’re excited to say the model home is all done!
