The tiny house movement in France is fairly new, but it’s quickly becoming popular as more people look for affordable, different ways to live.
Celia and Damien live in a tiny house just outside Nantes, France. Their home may be small, but it has some big ideas for design. It’s made of cedar and metal, giving it a unique and striking look. Inside, the space is open, spacious, and has a simple, minimalist style.

Their home has everything they need. It has a large kitchen, an office, a lounge, and a bathroom. There’s also a sleeping loft upstairs. Celia and Damien planned ahead by adding a second, smaller sleeping area in the loft.
This extra space means their family can grow without needing a bigger house.

Celia and Damien’s tiny house is a perfect example of simple yet smart design. Built by the French company Baluchon, their home is small but feels big inside and has everything they need.
It features a beautiful mix of green metal and cedar wood, which helps it fit right into its location on a rural property just outside Nantes, France.

Inside, there’s a big open lounge area, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping loft. Behind the main loft, there’s even a small extra bedroom. This was very important to Celia and Damien because they wanted the option to have a child and grow their family without moving to a bigger house.
