At 6’3″ tall, Kari is quite tall, and many people are surprised to learn she lives in a tiny house! With her father’s help, who is a retired architect, they designed a modern home that fits her needs perfectly.
One smart feature of her home is the shower that also serves as a closet. The wardrobe slides out to reveal the shower and pan below, making the space really useful. This smart design creates a lot more room in the house.
Kari chose to live in a tiny house on wheels because she wanted a life where she could focus on her art and writing. Her lovely modern tiny house is parked just minutes from downtown Portland. This allows her to enjoy city life while having her own private space.
