Rob lives in a tiny home in someone’s backyard. He’s learning to make his own cooking fuel with a biodigester. He also grows plants that can be used as toilet paper and makes his own sea salt. He built his tiny house to help the homeowner live more sustainably.
In return for the space to build his home, Rob set up a system to collect rainwater. He also made a big garden in the front yard, a biodigester, and a composting system.

We might not all live like Rob, but his life is healthy, simple, and rewarding. We can learn from him and make small changes in our lives. Maybe we can start composting, eat more fresh food, make less trash, or ride our bikes more.
