Designer Luigi Colani made a small house more useful by putting a big cylinder in the living room. With just a button press, the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom spins into place, ready to use.
The house can turn 270 degrees each way, so it can show any of these three rooms. It still has electricity and water for cooking, lights, and showers.
The rooms move with a simple motor and a thin chain, like the ones on motorcycles. If the power goes out, you can turn the rooms by hand.
