I met Catherine and Pascal from Ma Maison Logique at their first tiny house. They’ve designed a new tiny house called The Novio, which is 210 square feet.
It has smart features that save space, like a composting toilet hidden in a drawer and a ladder that folds into the wall. There are also special touches like a skylight in the loft for watching the stars and big windows in the living room to see the beautiful view of the Saint Lawrence River.

The tiny house is built like lego blocks and is used as a guest house. It has electricity all year, so they put in two small electric heaters and very good insulation to keep it warm. To keep the air fresh without letting out the heat, they added a machine called a heat recovery air exchange ventilator (HRV).

Inside, the house looks simple and beautiful with white walls and natural wood for the storage drawers and closets.
