Brittany Yunker built her own tiny house when she was 26 years old. She called it the Bayside Bungalow and lived there for two years. Now, you can stay in it as a vacation rental in Olympia, Washington.
The design of the Bayside Bungalow comes from Jay Shafer’s original Tumbleweed design. Brittany made the inside look like a cozy tiny cottage, taking ideas from Dee Williams.

When I walked into the Bayside Bungalow, I was amazed by how perfectly it was made. I was already impressed that Brittany could build a tiny house by herself, but this house was super clean and neat!

As we talked more, I learned that Brittany finished her lovely home with fewer resources than we had when we built ours. She even used an old trailer because there were no companies making trailers just for tiny houses back then. And she built it in half the time it took us!
