The Roost36 tiny house is large and lovely, featuring three bedrooms and a farmhouse style both inside and out. One of its standout features is an 8-foot screened-in porch.
If you’re not a fan of composting toilets, don’t worry—Roost36 has a flush toilet that works off the grid. Plus, the coolest part is that the downstairs area is wheelchair accessible!

This house was built by the Perch & Nest Tiny Home Company on their beautiful farm in North Carolina. They build tiny houses, host Airbnb tiny house on wheels (THOWs), and use Roost36 as a rental, a showroom, and a family vacation spot.

In the future, they plan to retire in Roost36. It reflects the charm of their larger, traditional farmhouse.
