When you move into a tiny house, you might wonder what will happen if you plan to have children later. A small space might not work for a growing family unless you prepare ahead of time.
Let’s meet Mary and Sam, a young couple who are planning to get married. They will share how they designed their tiny home for their future children.

Mary and Sam live in a tiny house called Harvest Moon. They chose a tiny home because they wanted to reduce their impact on the environment. Sam has dreamed of living in a tiny house for a long time. When Sam met Mary two and a half years ago, they started planning for it together.

Their home was built by Mint Tiny Homes in Delta, British Columbia. It is 34 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. The main floor is about 289 square feet. With the loft included, it’s almost 400 square feet.
