Is it a ship or a tiny house? Steph and Greg Parham worked together to design and build their dream tiny home called the San Juan.

They first lived in a smaller tiny house and found out what worked well and what didn’t. In their new house, they fixed the problems and mixed their favorite styles, rustic and French country.

The result is a beautiful home that shows both of their styles. They were inspired by the San Juan mountains and the Four Corners region, which is why their house looks a bit like a ship. It has a curvy roof and an angled loft in the back.

Their tiny house is built on a 24-foot trailer, but a special loft that sticks out gives them an extra 5 feet of space. The house has many amazing features, like a bed that can be moved up and down manually, and beautiful reclaimed materials such as wood from local barns.
