Aaron and his family of six live in a big blue bus. It’s 40 feet long and it’s their home. This cool bus lets them travel all over the country. Aaron works from the bus to earn money for their trips. They also teach their four kids in the bus.
They chose to live in a bus because they wanted a different way to live. Before, they had a big house that was 2,400 square feet. When the kids were little, the house filled up with too many toys and things.
They kept giving stuff away or throwing things out. They were also fixing up the house at the time. It was too much work, and they got tired of dealing with all that stuff. So, they got the bus and started their new life on the road.
The bus became our rule: if something doesn’t fit in the bus, we don’t need it. This idea helped us figure out what we really need. We kept reducing our things to the essentials to make a cozy home for our family. Now, we’ve found a good balance. Having fewer, but better quality things has made our life much better.
Living this way has brought our family closer. We’ve learned to work together, and that has been both a challenge and a reward. Thanks for taking a little tour of our bus.
